The Retinol 0.1 Cream

Pure retinol at 0.1% works on fine lines and firmness gradually, while panthenol and adenosine keep skin cushioned and support elasticity, and vitamin E (as tocotrienol) adds antioxidant protection. The cream itself is smooth and cushiony rather than greasy. Use it at night as your last step: start with a rice-grain amount every other evening for the first couple of weeks, then build toward nightly, full-face use as your skin adjusts. Daily sunscreen is essential while you use it. Avoid it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and don't layer it with scrubs, AHA/BHA acids, vitamin C, or benzoyl peroxide. Some redness or tingling early on is normal as skin adapts.
