Milk Skin Toner

Despite the name there's no dairy in it; the milky finish comes from a soft, opaque formula rich in rice bran extract, niacinamide, and panthenol. Niacinamide works on tone and radiance, panthenol soothes and softens, and rice along with licorice, green tea, and centella add gentle comfort. The texture is a non-sticky milky lotion-toner that absorbs quickly. After cleansing, smooth it over the face with your hands or a cotton pad, morning and night, then follow with serum and moisturizer, adding a second pass if your skin feels especially thirsty. Gentle enough for daily use on most skin types.
