Rice 70% Glow Milky Toner

Rice bran water (roughly 70% of the formula) forms the base, joined by niacinamide with a touch of arbutin and vitamin C to even out tone, plus rice and hyaluronic acids, panthenol, and several ceramides to hydrate and reinforce the barrier. The finish is milky but light, leaving skin soft and dewy rather than sticky. Use it after cleansing, morning and night: pat a few drops in with your hands or sweep it on with a cotton pad before serums and moisturizer. It is fragrance-free, which makes it easy to layer and friendlier for sensitive skin. Nothing here is strong enough to need special precautions, though it is worth patch testing if you are introducing several new products at once.
