Each patch has 395 self-dissolving micropoints that deliver salicylic acid to help clear the pore, along with cica (centella) to calm the surrounding skin, over a hydrocolloid layer that holds everything in place. Unlike a flat hydrocolloid sticker that draws fluid from an open whitehead, this version is designed to reach cystic or under-the-skin blemishes that have no opening yet. Press one onto clean, dry skin for about 20 seconds and leave it on for 6 to 8 hours or overnight, then reapply after a couple of days if the spot is still there. Use it on emerging bumps, not on popped, broken, or already-draining skin. Salicylic acid can be drying, so it's best kept to the spot itself rather than spread over a wide area.
