Azelaic Acid 10% Serum

Azelaic acid at 10% does most of the work — it's antibacterial, helps normalize how skin cells turn over, calms inflammation, and interrupts excess pigment, so it addresses bumps, redness, and post-acne spots at once. It's supported by niacinamide for tone and barrier, plus soothing, hydrating additions like aloe, panthenol, and hyaluronic acid. The texture is a lightweight serum rather than the thick, sometimes gritty azelaic creams, so it layers cleanly. Use it after cleansing and toner, once a day to start — every other night if your skin is sensitive — and always follow with sunscreen in the morning. A little tingling early on is normal; the formula does include fragrant botanical extracts (eucalyptus, rosemary, thyme), so patch test if you're very reactive. Azelaic acid is also one of the few actives often considered compatible with pregnancy, though it's worth confirming with your doctor.
