Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original

The balm is built on light cleansing esters (ethylhexyl palmitate, cetyl ethylhexanoate) rather than mineral oil, with PEG-based emulsifiers that let it rinse off with water alone; hot spring water, bamboo, rooibos, acerola, and vitamin E round out the soothing base. It starts as a firm sherbet in the tub, turns to oil as you massage it over a dry face, then goes milky when you add water. Use it as the first step of an evening double cleanse: scoop with the spatula using dry hands, massage for about a minute, emulsify, rinse, and follow with a water-based cleanser if you wear heavy makeup or long-wear sunscreen. It handles most makeup, though stubborn waterproof mascara may need a dedicated remover. It contains added fragrance, and the ester base can congest very acne-prone skin — if that's you, keep the second cleanse thorough or pick a different balm. Alcohol-free; the standard tub is 100 ml.
