Radiance Cleansing Balm

The solid balm warms into a lightweight oil on contact, then turns milky when you add water, rinsing away without a greasy film or tight after-feel. Use it as the first step of an evening double cleanse: massage over dry skin to dissolve sunscreen and makeup, add water to emulsify, rinse, then follow with a water-based cleanser.
