The balm is an ester-based oil blend that dissolves makeup and SPF, with mandarin orange peel oil and ascorbyl glucoside, a stable vitamin C derivative that offers antioxidant and gradual brightening support. Scoop a little onto dry skin, massage until makeup lifts, then add water so it turns milky and rinse clean. Because it is a first-cleanse step, follow with a water-based cleanser to finish, the usual double cleanse. The texture melts quickly and does not leave a greasy film once rinsed off. It carries a natural citrus scent and contains limonene, which can bother very sensitive or reactive skin, so patch-test first if that is you.
