The formula layers color pigment beneath a glassy film that locks the tint in place and provides the shine, while glycerin and squalane keep lips moisturized and dimethicone gives the smooth, non-sticky glide. It applies as a light, watery gloss-tint and builds from a sheer wash to vivid color without fading quickly. Dab it on the inner lip and press your lips together two or three times for a soft gradient, or sweep the applicator across the whole lip and layer for full color. Because the finish is a wet gloss rather than a transfer-proof matte, expect some color on cups until the stain beneath develops. Each tube holds 4g and has a faint sweet scent.
