The essence leads with niacinamide (around 3%) and a stable vitamin C derivative (sodium ascorbyl phosphate), both used to fade the look of dark spots, plus tranexamic acid for added brightening and calming. Three gentle exfoliating acids — mandelic, capryloyl salicylic, and lactobionic — help smooth and refresh, while sodium hyaluronate and glycerin keep skin hydrated. Apply the sheet to clean skin, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then pat in the leftover essence rather than rinsing. Because it contains exfoliating acids, use it a couple of times a week rather than daily, pair it with sunscreen, and patch test if your skin is sensitive.
