A mild foaming agent (sodium lauroyl sarcosinate) does the cleansing, cushioned by glycerin, ceramide NP, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and licorice root extract that hydrate and calm as it works. The texture is a thick cream that lathers into cushiony foam and rinses to a soft, non-squeaky finish, and it's alcohol-free. Use a small amount on wet skin, work into a lather morning and night, then rinse with lukewarm water. One thing to note: it contains tea tree oil and other fragrant plant extracts, so patch test first if your skin reacts to essential oils or fragrance.
